| So, I'm back in Seattle...who'd thought leaving Portland would be that hard? I actually miss Vancouver/Portland area and my co-workers at my old job. Even now, I still have a bit of regret leaving my old job ...but, I'll just try to make the best out of the whole situation.. I have been having too much fun and wasted too much money the past 3 weekends! went to vegas this past weekend with Vania, Mirna, Karina, Steph and Sabrina. It was so much fun! we stayed up all nite and went clubbing to Jet at the Mirage. It was so freakin expensive that we determined to stay at the club as long as possible. By the end of the night, our feet hurted like crazy and we got blisters all over ...but in all, it was quite the night. Anyways, this weekend should be more fun to come! | | |
| Dang..I've never been so confused in my life ... I got a job offer in Tacoma, and they want me to start ASAP...the $$ is actually better than my current job, and it will be much closer to seattle too... BUT...I really don't know how to quit my current job. I really like my co workers here (esp my boss), I know sometimes it's a pain to work with some people, but overall they're okay. They keep giving me increasing responsibilities (I got to be a relief supervisor this last two weeks..!!), which I like. But, they've been giving out indication that the mill might be shutting down in the next few years. The Vancouver/Portland area is also not that bad (yay for tax free shopping) and I've grown to like it. I'm not really sure how I'd get along with the people at the company in Tacoma. They seem to be all serious - type A personality kind of people.. , although it will be really nice to relocate back to Seattle. Ahhh, I need to make decision soon... | | |
| Merry X'mas...hope it was an enjoyable one for everyone! Just got back to Portland from Seattle...The last three weekends I've been driving up to Seattle for dinners, parties, interviews, etc...looks like I'll be spending New Year in Portland, I don't think my body can take another 6 hours drive to Seattle and back. I better start researching what kind of New Year events there are in Portland. | | |

| Been a while since I blogged... whew November was a crazy month for me. Traveled to Wisconsin for training for a week, then traveled to New Jersey to my brother's for thanksgiving. Travelling on Turkey Day is crazy! I took a red eye flight out of Seattle on Wed night (the cheapest I can get) with a layover in Connecticut. Everything was okay until we're about to approach Newark airport. There was too much traffic in Newark Airport, my flight was denied to land. We had to circle aabove Pensyvlvania for 30 minutes and the pilot announced that we're running out of gas ( ), ,so we had to land to nearest airport in Allentown, PA to fuel up and then fly to Newark. When we finally touched down in Newark, I was 2 hours late, sleep deprived, and hungry..not a good way to start thanksgiving...but turkey dinner later night was awesome ...yum yum! | | |
